PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions

This Program Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and YourBusinessLifestyle.com, Inc. (“Company”), operating as Your Virtual GM. By enrolling in any level of the Your Virtual GM MATRIX System program, Participant agrees to abide by the following terms:

1. Commitment & Integrity

Participant affirms a commitment to fully engage in the Program with integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Participant agrees to protect and not disclose any proprietary materials, business strategies, or intellectual property belonging to the Company, its clients, or representatives. Enrollment in the Program constitutes a binding contractual agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The Program is a high-level educational and implementation framework. While it is designed to create significant transformation, the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements. Results are influenced by Participant’s level of effort, execution, and team engagement. Participant agrees to hold harmless the Company, Eden Lovejoy, and affiliated entities from any liability related to participation.

3. Engagement Period & Payment Terms

Participant acknowledges the Program Engagement Period is defined per the chosen package (monthly or annual structure) and is non-cancellable. All sessions, deliverables, and bonuses must be utilized during this period; unused items will expire and are not subject to credit or refund.

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds or pro-rated cancellations.

  • Participant remains financially responsible for the full Program fee, regardless of attendance or completion.

  • Participant agrees not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes. Any such actions will be considered a breach of this Agreement, and Participant agrees to reimburse the Company for any associated costs or losses.

4. Session Access & Participation

Participant is responsible for scheduling and attending all Program sessions, which may include coaching calls, masterminds, workshops, or office hours. Missed sessions are forfeited. The Company does not guarantee makeup sessions or extensions.

5. Recordings & Confidentiality

Program sessions may be recorded for internal training, improvement, or Participant review. Recordings will be securely stored and not shared externally without prior written consent. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

6. Right to Dismiss

The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program for conduct deemed unprofessional, disruptive, or misaligned with the values of the MATRIX System. No refunds will be granted in such cases.

7. Cancellation Within 3 Days

Participant may cancel enrollment within three (3) business days of registration by submitting a written notice to:

8. Acknowledgment

By signing below, Participant affirms understanding and agreement with all terms in this Agreement and acknowledges responsibility for full participation and payment.
