Program Participation Agreement Terms and Conditions

 

Integrity

By enrolling in a Your Virtual GM or YourBusinessLifestyle.com, Inc. program (the “Program”), I commit to full integrity, honesty, and dedication to the success of the Program. I also agree to protect the confidentiality and proprietary information shared by YourBusinessLifestyle.com, Inc. (the “Company”). Upon acceptance into the Program and signing this agreement (the “Agreement”), I acknowledge entering into a binding contractual relationship with the Company and authorize the Company to process payment according to the selected investment option.

 

Claims, Guarantees, and Promises

I understand and acknowledge that the Company, its representatives, or Eden Lovejoy make no guarantees or promises regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in the Program. The Program is for educational and informational purposes only. Any claims, testimonials, or examples provided are not indicative of average earnings or typical results. Participant results will vary based on factors such as commitment, openness to feedback, and completion of recommended tasks. I agree to hold the Company, Eden Lovejoy, and its representatives harmless from any claims arising from my participation in the Program.

 

Engagement Period

I acknowledge that by signing this Agreement, I am committing to the full duration of the Program’s engagement period (the “Engagement Period”), which is defined in the program materials. Payments will be processed as indicated in my enrollment details, and I am responsible for scheduling and attending all sessions within the Engagement Period. Any unused sessions, bonuses, or benefits will expire at the end of the Engagement Period and will not be carried over or refunded.

I understand that this is a non-cancellable commitment for the full term of the Program. Should I choose to withdraw before the Engagement Period ends, I remain responsible for the full payment of any outstanding balances or installments due. No refunds, partial or full, will be provided under any circumstances.

Participants agree not to dispute, delay, or attempt to cancel payments via credit card chargebacks or account cancellations. If such actions are taken, participants acknowledge full responsibility for any resulting financial obligations or fees incurred by the Company.

 

Session Attendance

Participants are responsible for scheduling and attending all Program sessions, including coaching calls, trainings, and other offerings. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled, nor will make-up sessions be provided. It is my responsibility to prioritize attendance and engagement throughout the Program.

 

Recording of Sessions

I understand that sessions conducted as part of the Program may be recorded by the Company for internal training, quality assurance, and review purposes. These recordings will be stored securely and used solely for internal purposes. The Company will not share, distribute, or use these recordings for external purposes without my prior written consent.

 

Cancellation Policy

I may cancel this transaction within three (3) business days of enrollment. To do so, I must provide a written cancellation notice via email to [email protected] or mail to YourBusinessLifestyle.com, Inc., 1023 E 6th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501.

 

Acknowledgment and Agreement

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. By signing below, I acknowledge my commitment to the Program and accept full responsibility for my participation and any associated obligations.
